| Company Background | ||
| From 1994 to 2001, mVerify's founders built and supported custom test automation for mission critical application systems, including a four year project to test the Chicago Board Options Exchange's new trading system. The success of Mr. Binder's advanced testing methodology and prospect of mobile information technology suggested a compelling opportunity. Mobile Systems Verification Corporation was launched March 1, 2001 to productize this advanced strategy for the mobile application space. | ||
| In May 2003, the U.S. Department of Commerce awarded mVerify a $1.9M NIST/ATP contract to develop the Advanced Mobile Application Testing Environment. The company was renamed to mVerify. The ATP project met all of its R&D goals. mVerify released MTS 1.0, a commercial desktop version of the resulting technology, June 1, 2005. | ||
